Why are we building Onsite?

Our team has spent years helping hundreds of contractors find more work. Through doing that it became clear that the best way to improve the lives of contractors was to help save them time and make it easier to close opportunities. By partnering with HVAC distributors Onsite is helping contractors save time and improve their businesses with a better way to build proposals.

Who are we?

We are Greenwork, the team behind Onsite. We have spent years building software for contractors and are passionate about building software to help make your life easier and businesses more profitable. Our team has experience building great experiences at companies like DoorDash, Dropbox, Amazon, and MOD Pizza. We are proud to be backed by an incredible group of investors including Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins Scout Fund, and Global Founders Capital.

Gautam Jayaraman

CEO

Gautam co-founded Greenwork. His 20 years making products have been spread between companies he started (Rickshaw, Jamglue), wildly successful companies he joined (DoorDash, Dropbox, Amazon), and innovative experiences (Media Lab). A long time ago, he got degrees from MIT.

Jamie Finch

COO

Jamie has spent his career building customer-focused teams at startups. He was the first business hire at MOD Pizza & Mason (YC W16) and built teams to drive rapid sales growth. He is also a passionate outdoorsman and was a founding member of the City of Issaquah’s Environmental Board.

HVAC Advisory Board

Patrick Doyle

Patrick has been a dedicated professional in the HVAC industry since 2015. In 2021 he founded his own HVAC company, which he successfully grew and sold his share in 2024. Patrick currently holds a sales position in the HVAC industry, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his advisory role, drawing on nearly a decade of hands-on industry experience.

Ken Porter

Ken is an innovative HVAC sales professional with decades of experience at HVAC contractors, reps, wholesalers, and manufacturers. He is currently serving as Sales Manager at AirReps & the Middle Market Team at Thermal Supply. Ken has previous experience developing HVAC sales software which was later acquired by Goodman.

Emma Stamm

Emma has over a decade of experience in wholesale distribution & manufacturing, where she has provided leadership across marketing, technology, and product. She excels in leading change, implementing new technologies, and integrating tech stacks within organizations. She holds an MBA from Carroll University and is currently National Sales Manager at Nemco, after previously being Head of Marketing, Services & Solutions at GA Larson.

Colleen Keyworth

Colleen has over a decade of experience helping HVAC dealers succeed. She brings a deep understanding of the industry and a track record of driving significant results through strategic partnerships with HVAC distributors. She is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Online Access, a web marketing company specializing in HVAC, and also serves as President of the International Network for Women in Cooling.
